We have two large bedrooms and one smaller room to let on a weekly basis to allow for maximum flexibility for professionals/managers working on Sellafield site.  The large rooms  have a comfy sofa and plenty of work and storage space All rooms have a TV and a kettle .

 

The large rooms are £85 and £80 per week respectively, and the small room is £70 per week , payable in advance (plus a deposit of £20 which will be returned when you leave)

Your things can be left in your room over the weekend when you are away home.

The room rate includes a simple "help your self " breakfast if you would like it which you can take in the dining room

 

You will also have use of the guests' own sitting room with Sky TV

This also contains simple cooking facitlies for your use in the evening

Broadband wireless internet connection is available free of charge 

We have an impressive house bathroom with a fantastic shower

and also a seperate toilet/washroom

You will be able to make hot drinks and breakfast in the kitchen

There are many local take aways and nearby pubs/restuarants where you can eat in the evening

Directly across the road is the Calder House Hotel which has a great range of bar/restuarant meals www.calderhouse.co.uk

Seascale station is a 3 minute walk from the house - trains run to and from Sellafield site on a regular basis in the morning and late afternoon
